Léo first discovered Magic in 2002, playing with questionably built decks during school breaks until around 2006. Playing with Grave Pact during that time sealed his love for black spells and attrition strategies. After a (very) long break, he returned in 2021, playing mostly Draft with friends.

He then discovered Cube Draft, which fully reignited his passion for Magic. While crafting a Modern-themed Cube, he watched old Pro Tour replays for inspiration, sparking a newfound love for constructed formats. In early 2024, he started playing Modern and fell in love with both the community and the competitive aspect of the game. Now, he explores every archetype and format to become a better player, but in the end, nothing beats slinging black cards and controlling his opponents' every move.
